Alterations Made Along the Way; Digipak

I made this prezi to just highlight the several changes that I made throughout each stage of the drafting process, which shows just how much work and effort went into creating and securing this item to be of a high standard.

Digipak Final Version

This is my final copy of my Digipak. I have taken in a number of pieces of feedback from peers and after taking it into consideration and editing accordingly, I feel that I have the optimum product that I could create. From my last draft, I completely changed the CD, and made it the same as my front cover image, as this is a fairly conventional feature of cd's in my genre. I also added the required institutional information for my artist, which I hadn't included previously.

Digipak Photoshop Draft 2

This is my second draft for my magazine advert, made on Photoshop  I made a number of improvements from my first draft, most notably in the case of the CD and the back of the digipak. I added some brushes that I downloaded onto the back, which are different hairstyles, which I feel fits in well with the 'confused' and 'opposites' themes that I have used throughout the digipak, and partly in the course as a whole. In addition, I also changed the CD to a simple black, as I looked at some conventional CD's of my genre and this was fairly common. Again, I'm not sure if I like this however, and will rely on audience feedback once more.

Editting Photos - A Tutorial

This is a short video tutorial that I made to show how to I editted my photo's with the use of actions. This was made using CamStudio. I have also included a couple of examples of how my photos came out.

Digipak Photoshop Draft

This is my first Photoshop draft for my magazine advert. Overall, I like the general look, but I think it could be improved significantly. In my opinion, I think the CD needs to be changed significantly, and the back of the CD looks much to plain, however I will make these changes once I have received some feedback from my peers.

Digipak First Draft

This is my first draft, on paper, for my Digipak. I'm fairly happy with how it looks, however someone suggested I change the front cover image, and try a different design, which I will take into consideration
